Job Title: Full-Stack AI Engineer

Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for an execution-focused Full-Stack AI Engineer to drive the development of our core enterprise intelligence infrastructure: the "Mother AI" system. This application serves as a centralized orchestrator connecting internal enterprise databases, business tools, and specialized sub-agents.You will own the application layer—writing fast asynchronous backend APIs, integrating vector search data pipelines, managing prompt architectures, and building real-time token-streaming user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Full-Stack & API ImplementationBackend APIs: Develop robust, asynchronous REST and WebSocket APIs using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js to handle user traffic and connect to LLM provider gateways.

Frontend UI: Build responsive, chat-first interfaces and monitoring dashboards using React or Next.js with real-time token streaming.

2. Advanced Prompt Engineering & OptimizationSystem Prompt Design: Craft, test, and optimize complex system prompts, few-shot examples, and dynamic template layouts to ensure deterministic AI behavior.Defensive Prompting: Implement rigorous validation techniques within prompts to prevent jailbreaking, prompt injection, and hallucination drift.Token Efficiency: Refactor and condense context windows to maximize response accuracy while actively driving down API consumption costs.

3. RAG & Data PipelinesVector Databases: Implement and maintain Vector DB layers (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, or Qdrant) to manage document chunks and enterprise knowledge.Data Processing: Write data ingestion scripts to clean, chunk, and embed unstructured company documentation (PDFs, Markdown, text files) for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

4. Agent IntegrationAgentic Workflows: Implement prompt-chaining and agent-routing structures utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or native OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.

Required Skills & Technical StackCore Development: 2+ years of professional software engineering experience using Python and TypeScript / JavaScript.

Framework Mastery: Confident experience with web frameworks like FastAPI (highly preferred) or Node.js/Express, alongside frontend frameworks like

React.AI Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience utilizing LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) and open-source packages (LangChain or LlamaIndex).

Prompt Expertise: Strong understanding of advanced prompting techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thoughts, and structured JSON output enforcing).

Databases: Comfort writing SQL queries in PostgreSQL and interacting with vector indices.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
