Who You Are

You are an innovative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using AI tools to generate high-quality, brand-aligned visuals at scale. In this role, you’ll merge traditional design principles with cutting-edge generative AI tools to produce unique, engaging content across digital platforms. You’re highly capable of turning creative concepts into polished assets through AI-assisted workflows.

Role’s Responsibilities

• Generate and refine high-quality visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and/or VO3), based on project briefs and creative direction.
• Develop prompt strategies that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and creative themes.
• Create assets for web, social media, advertising, and other channels.
• Edit, enhance, and composite AI-generated imagery using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other post-processing software.
• Curate mood boards, style frames, and creative concepts leveraging AI-generated elements.
• Maintain consistency in design, brand tone, and visual storytelling across all outputs.
• Stay up to date on the latest generative AI trends, models, and workflows; suggest improvements to design pipelines.
• Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong portfolio demonstrating work created with Midjourney and/or Stable Diffusion.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI post-processing techniques.
• Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Knowledge of graphic designs for digital and social media channels.
• Ability to iterate quickly and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital art, or visual storytelling.
• Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and VO3 or similar AI graphic tools, is required.
• Animation or motion design experience is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Runway ML).
• Working knowledge of copyright, ethics, and licensing related to AI-generated content.

OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
