AI Graphic designer

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Graphic Designer with proven experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how AI tools can accelerate design workflows without compromising on creativity and brand standards. You will conceptualize and design digital creatives tailored for consumer-facing brands—leveraging both your visual storytelling ability and FMCG design sensibility.

This is a full-time contractual role and in-office role based out of Banaswadi, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact digital designs for FMCG brands—across banners, product visuals, packaging mockups, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to generate quick turnarounds and innovative visual treatments.
• Produce short-form motion graphics (GIFs, reels, animations) tailored for FMCG audiences on social and digital platforms.
• Translate creative briefs into visual assets that resonate with the target audience and align with brand identity.
• Adapt designs across various formats—static, mobile, animated—for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, display ads, and emailers.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, brand strategists, and the client success team to execute design deliverables at scale.
• Ensure visual consistency, speed of delivery, and strong aesthetic quality across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in digital and motion graphic design, preferably with FMCG or consumer product brands.
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and comfort with AI design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing FMCG-related campaigns, packaging designs, product mockups, and motion graphics.
• Deep understanding of FMCG visual language—color psychology, product-centric layouts, and audience appeal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Eye for detail, visual storytelling, and creative experimentation with new tools and trends.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.
