THE ROLE

We're looking for a hybrid AI Growth Manager & Business Automation Specialist — someone who can build AI-powered workflows that save small businesses time and money, while also driving growth through smart digital strategies.

This is a flexible, part-time remote role ideal for candidates based in Egypt.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and deploy AI-powered automations for small businesses using tools like Claude AI, ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier, and n8n
• Automate workflows across e-commerce, real estate, professional services, and hospitality
• Develop growth strategies using AI to drive leads, engagement, and conversions
• Translate business owner needs into functional, documented automation systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for real business use — not just personal experimentation
• Proficiency with automation platforms: Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar
• Prompt engineering skills that produce reliable, production-quality outputs
• No-code/low-code app building (Airtable, Notion, Glide, Bubble, or similar)
• Comfortable connecting tools via APIs and webhooks
• Strong written English and a self-directed work style

• Portfolio of automations or AI tools you've actually built
• CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce)
• Basic Python or JavaScript skills
• Background in digital marketing, SEO, or email funnels
