What You Will Do

Lead the implementation of new AI tools and technologies throughout our processes.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Research and Engineering to conceptualize and develop useful tools.
Immerse yourself in our core business functions—including customer service, accounting, design, and production—to identify and implement solutions.
Develop tools and solutions that increase efficiency, enhance quality, and cement our competitive edge in the market.

Skills

Proficiency with machine learning frameworks.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of big data technologies.
Proficiency across multiple programming languages and data processing tools essential for workflow automation and data manipulation.
Solid understanding of database design principles and linked data architectures.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding applications.
Familiarity with model training workflows, deployment strategies, and model monitoring practices.
Knowledge of analytics tools such for visualization and reporting purposes.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
