About the Role:

We are looking for a young, curious, and fast-moving AI Innovation Engineer who can explore, experiment, and apply Artificial Intelligence across creative, design, and technology workflows at Shining Cloud.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Learns fast
• Thinks logically
• Loves experimenting with AI tools
• Can convert instructions into AI-powered solutions quickly

You will work closely with founders, designers, animators, and AR/VR teams to improve speed, quality, and efficiency using AI.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):

1) AI-Based Problem Solving

Understand tasks like:

• “Automate this”
• “Make this faster”
• “Improve this workflow”
• Apply AI tools and logic to solve them
• Deliver quick prototypes or working solutions

2) Explore & Apply AI in Creative Fields

Use AI for:

• Design & visualization
• Animation & rendering support
• AR / VR content workflows
• Image, video, and 3D pipelines
• Test new AI tools and platforms regularly

3) AI Automation & Smart Workflows

Automate repetitive tasks using:

• AI APIs
• Scripts
• No-code / low-code tools
• Build internal tools that save time for teams

4) AI Research & Experimentation

• Explore latest AI trends
• Do small R&D experiments (POCs)
• Identify what works practically for the company

5) Support Multiple Departments

Work with:

• Design & animation teams
• AR / VR teams
• Operations & documentation
• Help teams adopt AI in simple, usable ways

Required Skills & Mindset (Most Important)

Must-Have:

• Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Curiosity to explore new AI tools independently
• Ability to understand instructions clearly and act fast
• Good technical understanding (not just theory)

Technical Skills (Any of These):

• Basic Python or JavaScript
• Understanding of AI tools & LLMs (ChatGPT, etc.)
• Prompt engineering
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make, scripts, APIs)

Basic understanding of:

• Design pipelines
• Media / creative workflows

(You don’t need to know everything — willingness to learn is key.)
