AI Innovation Executive

As AI Innovation Executive, you’ll play a key role in researching, testing, and implementing AI-driven tools across the business - working closely with leadership and teams to drive smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working. This is a graduate-level role with real responsibility, exposure, and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Research, test, and recommend AI tools for influencer marketing, content creation, reporting, and operations
• Support the integration of AI and automation into daily team workflows
• Help streamline internal processes using automation and smart tooling
• Assist with the development and evolution of ARC’s internal AI initiatives
• Train and support team members on new tools, systems, and AI workflows
• Monitor emerging AI trends and proactively suggest innovations for the agency
• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can unlock efficiency and scale
• Document workflows, best practices, and learnings to support team adoption

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Relentless passion in AI, automation, and emerging technology
• Hands-on experience experimenting with advanced AI tools, automation platforms, or similar
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and experiment
• Able to translate technical ideas into simple, practical solutions
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency environment
• Based in Dubai and able to work on-site from our Business Bay office
