Role Overview

We are expanding the suite of our AI based application.

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI-powered chat and voice solutions within our School Automation Software. This role focuses on integrating ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and AI Voice Agent to automate school communication, improve parent engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Conversational Automation

• Integrate ChatGPT / Gemini APIs into School ERP modules
• Design AI-powered chatbots for:
• Parents (queries, reminders, feedback)
• Teachers (academic & administrative support)
• School Admins (reports, alerts, insights)

AI Voice Agent Development (Use Cases)

Design and implement AI voice calling workflows for:

· Academics-Focused Use Cases

o Exam & Test Notifications

o Academic Performance Updates

o Homework & Assignment Reminders

o Low Performance / Concern Alerts

o Class Schedule & Syllabus Updates

o Result Declaration Alerts

• Attendance Calls
• Automated calls to parents for student absence confirmation
• Capture responses (Yes/No/Reason) via voice or keypad
• Fee Reminder Calls
• Automated payment reminder calls
• Capture confirmation, intent to pay, or call back request
• Parent Feedback Calls
• Post-event / academic feedback collection
• Voice-to-text conversion and sentiment tagging
• PTM Follow-ups
• PTM reminders & confirmation calls
• Post-PTM feedback and follow-up tracking

Response Handling

• Convert voice responses to structured data
• Auto-log responses to Google Sheets / Admin Dashboards
• Trigger follow-up actions based on responses
