AI/ Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 3 - 5+ years of experience to join our team and support the development and improvement of AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on strengthening existing implementations and ensuring they are stable, reliable, and ready for real-world use.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and improve AI/ML solutions using open-source tools and frameworks

2. Work on AI/ML implementations involving OCR, NLP, computer vision, and large language models

3. Build and support on-premise AI deployments

4. Integrate AI/ML components with applications using REST APIs

5. Test, validate, and optimize AI models for accuracy and performance

6. Identify issues in existing implementations and suggest improvements

7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation

8. Collaborate with development and delivery teams to support project needs

9. Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members when required

Requirements

1. 3 - 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development

2. Strong proficiency in Python

3. Experience working with OCR technologies

4. Working knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and chatbot-related systems

5. Experience with on-premise deployment of AI/ML solutions

6. Familiarity with Ollama or similar open-source LLM platforms

7. Experience integrating systems using REST APIs

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams

Note: This role is open to full-time, contract, or consulting candidates, including retired professionals and those returning from a career break.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
