About the Role

Sidat Technologies is launching a specialized AI Development Department. We are seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to serve as our "Brain & Data Architect." You will handle the entire lifecycle of AI from cleaning messy datasets to training models that can "see" (Computer Vision), "predict" (Forecasting), and "understand" (NLP). This role is for a versatile builder who turns raw data into intelligent business products.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Engineering: Design and manage pipelines for data cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing.
• Model Development: Build and fine-tune models for Predictive Analytics, NLP, and Computer Vision (OCR, Object Detection).
• Smart Search Systems (RAG): Develop advanced systems that allow AI to read and interact with massive private document libraries.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate models to ensure high accuracy and minimize "hallucinations" in production.

Technical Requirements

• Programming: Mastery of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep Learning: Experience with Open Source LLMs (Llama, Mistral) and Vision models.
• Databases: Strong SQL skills and experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB).
