Job Description

• Accounting & Reporting:
  • Oversee general ledger, month-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Ensure timely internal and external reporting.
  • Coordinate statutory audit.
• Payroll Processing and Employee support (PF, reimbursement)
  • Process employee payroll
  • Filing of labour law returns (PF, ESI)
• Treasury & Cash Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital.
  • Support investment and debt management strategies.
• Taxation & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations.
  • Coordinate audits and regulatory filings.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Appear IDT cases
• Cost Management & Profitability Analysis:
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for projects and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Support pricing strategies and margin analysis.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
  • Support strategic planning and scenario analysis.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
