Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Marketing Specialist who can bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and modern marketing strategies. This role involves implementing AI tools, optimizing campaigns using machine learning insights, and driving innovation across digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute AI-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms

- Implement and manage AI tools for content generation, automation, and analytics

- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve campaign performance

- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to integrate AI solutions

- Optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization using AI models

- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend new tools or approaches

- Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing and AI tool usage (e.g., automation, analytics, content generation)

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and marketing analytics

- Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools

- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP tools)

- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools

- Background in performance marketing or growth marketing

- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
