AI / ML Developer

Hi All,

We are hiring for AI / ML Developer.

Looking for Immediate Joiner.

• Location - Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid.

Minimum 5+ years to 7 Years of experience required for AI / ML Developer role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ML Models

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for Finance and Operations use cases including forecasting, anomaly detection, and classification
• Manage the full ML lifecycle using MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and production deployment
• Deploy and maintain models on Databricks Model Serving with monitoring for drift, latency, and accuracy

Agentic AI and RAG

• Build agentic AI solutions using Mosaic AI Agent Framework, LLM APIs, and tool-use patterns for analytics automation and intelligent business workflows
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines integrating Mosaic AI Vector Search, structured data retrieval, and large language models
• Evaluate and implement prompt engineering strategies, LLM routing logic, and caching patterns to optimise cost and response quality

Intelligent Interfaces

• Build intelligent dashboards and self-service AI analytics interfaces combining Databricks-native tooling with front-end components

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work with data engineers to ensure clean, feature-ready data is available for model training and inference
• Produce clear documentation for all models, pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and deployment configurations

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

5 to 7 years in machine learning, data science, or applied AI engineering in a production environment

Databricks and ML

Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models on Azure Databricks with MLflow

LLMs and AI

Working experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering in production. Experience with RAG pipelines and vector search systems

Python and frameworks

Proficiency in Python including scikit-learn, pandas, and PyTorch or similar ML frameworks

Front-end

Ability to build lightweight AI product interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and Chart.js or React

Evaluation

Strong grasp of model evaluation techniques, statistical validation, and production performance monitoring

Certification

Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate or Professional preferred

Nice to have

Experience delivering AI or ML solutions in Finance or enterprise analytics products. Mosaic AI Agent Framework experience.
