AI / ML Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI / ML Engineer with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience with machine learning frameworks, and exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or computer vision. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build scalable, AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Contribute to building and maintaining end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, from data preparation through production deployment.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Work with one or more modern foundation models, such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector search solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Integrate ML models into production applications through REST APIs and microservices.
• Use Python and relevant ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing software systems.
• Work with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement model monitoring, performance evaluation, and basic MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into practical AI/ML solutions.
• Stay current with emerging developments in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation and validation, feature engineering, and statistics/probability fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ML framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with SQL and structured and unstructured datasets.
• Understanding of software development practices, including Git, APIs, testing, and debugging.
• Experience deploying applications or ML models in a cloud or production environment.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, or NLP is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: $96,114.00 - $115,750.00 per year
