The Vibe: You are the one who makes the magic move. You take still AI images and turn them into cinematic, high-end video clips. You’re not just an "editor"—you’re a digital storyteller who knows how to make jewelry look expensive and movement look realistic.

What You’ll Do:

1. AI Motion Direction: Use tools Ai tool to give realistic movement to AI images (e.g., fabric flowing, a model blinking, or a slow cinematic zoom).

2. Script to Screen: Take the scripts from the Strategist and build a visual story that matches the voice-over.

3. The Final Cut: Stitch everything together in Premiere Pro. Add the music, the voice-over, and smooth transitions. 4. Reel Mastery: Ensure every video is "Reel-ready" with the right pacing, 9:16 format, and HD quality.

Tools You Use:

● Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory).

● Audio: Basic syncing of voice-overs and background scores.

Focus Area Your Ownership

1. Motion Animation Turning still images into 5–8 second high-quality video clips that don't "glitch."

2. Final Video Output Delivering the final 15 Reels per month, fully edited and polished.

3. Audio & Sync Ensuring the voice-over and music hit the right "beats" in the Video.

How We Measure Success (KPIs)

1. Motion Quality: Does the movement look human? (Goal: Zero "AI-warping" or weird distortions).

2. Script Accuracy: Does the video follow the story and tone set by the Strategist?

3. The "Hook" Factor: Are the first 3 seconds of your Reels engaging enough to stop someone from scrolling?

4. Punctuality: Delivering all 15 Reels per month, ready 10 days before they need to be posted.

5. Technical Polish: Are the videos perfectly color-graded and exported in high resolution?

The Setup

● Sync with the AI Image Specialist to agree on the "Base Image" file types.

● Create Premiere Pro templates (Fonts, Brand Logos, and preset Transitions).

● Test Task: Take one "Bridal" AI image and give it a "slow-motion head turn" that looks 100% natural.

● Take the first 3 scripts from the Ideate Team.

● Create 3 "Pilot Reels" to lock in the editing style for the month.

● Curate a "Luxury Audio Library" of 10-15 tracks that fit the brand.

• Time Utilization: Use free or non-peak hours productively for value-added creative work, AI asset enhancement, or prompt experimentation.

• Flexible Involvement: Support additional creative initiatives or experiments beyond assigned tasks when required.

• Growth Mindset: Actively learn new tools and be open to expanded responsibilities as the brand grows.
