AI & No-Code Content Creator / Course Instructor [Design-First] (Remote)

Format: Screen Recording & Scripting Only (No Face, No Voice Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Designer-Technologist to join our team. We are not just looking for someone to record tutorials; we are looking for a creator who can build beautiful, high-fidelity applications that showcase the future of technology.

In this role, you will design and produce high-quality project tutorials. You will teach users how to build sophisticated apps (like calorie trackers, SaaS platforms, and AI agents) using the Google AI Stack. However, functionality is only half the battle—your builds must look like top-tier, market-ready products.

Important: This is a purely visual and textual role.

• No Face Required: You will never appear on camera.
• No Voice Required: You do not need a microphone. You will record the screen and write the script; we will use AI tools to generate the voiceover.

The "Design-First" Philosophy

To succeed in this role, you must be a Product Designer at heart.

• You hate "Default" Styles: You never leave the standard blue buttons or basic fonts in a No-Code tool. You customize everything.
• You obsess over UI: You care about padding, hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• You value Visual Polish: Your desktop is pristine, your node graphs are organized, and your workflow is visually satisfying to watch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design-Led Curriculum: Conceptualize projects that are visually impressive (e.g., High-Fidelity App Clones, Modern AI Dashboards). You are responsible for ensuring the app looks professional before you even start recording.
• Build & Execute: Personally build functional applications using Google Vertex AI, Firebase, and design-centric No-Code tools (like FlutterFlow or Bubble).
• Content Production (Silent): Record pixel-perfect screen captures (1080p/4K).
• Focus: Your mouse movements must be deliberate, smooth, and timed perfectly. You are creating a visual experience, not just a technical guide.
• Scriptwriting for AI: Write a precise, conversational script that matches your video timestamps. You must be able to explain both the AI Logic and your Design Choices (e.g., "Why we chose this layout").
• Documentation: Create beautiful, well-formatted companion guides (Google Docs/PDFs) with clean screenshots.

What We Are Looking For

• Design Authority: You have a portfolio that proves you can build interfaces that look modern and professional. You understand how to translate a Figma design into a functioning No-Code app.
• Technical Fluency: You understand the Generative AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, Agents) and can integrate them into your beautiful UIs.
• The "Teacher" Mindset: You know how to structure a lesson so that a beginner can follow it. You understand pacing and logical flow.
• Attention to Detail: You deliver clean, professional recordings. No clutter, no typos, no "spaghetti" logic.

Required Skills

• UI/UX Design: Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Canva) and a strong grasp of design principles.
• No-Code Building: Deep experience with FlutterFlow, Bubble, or Framer (specifically the styling/CSS customization features).
• AI Integration: Experience with Google Cloud ecosystem (Firebase, Vertex AI, Gemini).
• Visual Capture: Experience with screen recording software (OBS, ScreenFlow) with a focus on aesthetics.
• Excellent Technical Writing: Essential, as your writing will serve as the script for our AI Voiceover.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience creating design-focused tutorials (e.g., "How to build a Netflix Clone").
• Basic knowledge of CSS/JavaScript (for custom styling tweaks).

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹206,000.00 per month
