The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst to help us streamline and transform how our business operates.

This is a unique opportunity to own AI and automation initiatives across the entire company—working directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive measurable impact.

You will not just recommend ideas—you will build, execute, and iterate.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate workflows across departments (sales, service, recruiting, and operations) to identify inefficiencies
• Design and implement AI-driven and automation-based solutions
• Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to reduce manual work
• Leverage platforms like OpenAI API, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and other modern tools
• Create internal copilots, templates, and systems to improve productivity across teams
• Partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Train and support team members on new tools and processes
• Continuously test, refine, and scale solutions

Example Projects

• Building internal tools to support account managers and client service teams
• Streamlining onboarding and internal workflows
• Creating dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making
• Improving communication and documentation processes across teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and improving business processes
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) or similar platforms
• Familiarity with APIs and AI tools (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools or side projects
• Exposure to CRM systems or workflow tools
• Basic scripting or technical experience (Python or similar)
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
