AI Operations Associate

We are looking for people who can work fast, adapt quickly, and use AI to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily logistics, accounting, finance, and operations tasks

* Coordinate documents, invoices, shipments, payments, and reporting

* Organize workflows and improve operational efficiency

* Use AI tools to speed up tasks, reporting, communication, and research

* Assist management with daily execution and coordination

* Maintain accuracy, transparency, and fast response time

Requirements:

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Fast learner with strong work ethic

* Good communication skills

* Able to multitask and work independently

* Comfortable using technology and digital tools

* Experience in logistics, accounting, finance, admin, or operations is an advantage

* AI Advantage Bonus
