Position: AI Operations & Research Intern
Location: Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad
Timing: Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM
Reports To: Head of Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, fast-learning, tech-savvy female intern who loves exploring AI tools, researching ideas, organising information, and working with people.

More than 50% of your time will be spent using AI — creating, testing, refining, and presenting results. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to turn ideas into polished outputs and build internal systems that run efficiently.

If you enjoy discovering new tools, learning quickly, experimenting with prompts, and improving processes with AI — this role is made for you.

What You’ll Do

• Use AI tools to draft, generate, refine and present ideas, reports, content, documents, and workflows
• Research and prepare structured summaries, insights, comparisons, and suggestions
• Help build and improve internal processes in Monday.com (HR, tasks, reporting)
• Support HR tasks using AI (candidate filtering, messages, data organization)
• Assist finance by generating internal monthly reports and summaries
• Use AI for website ideas, page content, blogs, and documentation
• Create system prompts and reusable templates for different tasks
• Coordinate with team members and maintain clear communication
• Maintain organised records of tasks, prompts, and workflows for future use

Who You Should Be

• Female candidate preferred
• Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools
• Strong with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, automations, research tools)
• Quick learner — able to pick up processes fast
• Tech-oriented — comfortable figuring things out independently
• Research-minded — enjoys digging, comparing, analysing
• Good communication & people skills
• Detail-focused with clean organisation habits
• Open to feedback, iteration, and improving work quickly
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
