AI Outreach & Business Development Specialist

Job Overview

We are hiring an AI Outreach & Business Development Specialist who has experience using Apollo.io and similar prospecting tools to identify businesses, generate leads, and approach companies for AI consultancy and automation services.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, research-oriented, and capable of finding businesses that can benefit from AI implementation, workflow automation, and operational optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Use Apollo.io and related prospecting tools to identify target businesses
  • Build and maintain high-quality lead databases
  • Research businesses and identify opportunities for AI consultancy services
  • Conduct cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Manage CRM pipelines and outreach records
  • Collaborate with the sales and strategy team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects

Requirements

  • Experience with Apollo.io and lead generation tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach and prospecting
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Ability to identify business pain points and opportunities
  • Self-disciplined and results-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI agency or automation-related outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
  • Understanding of AI tools, automation workflows, and business systems
  • Experience with email personalization and campaign management

Compensation

Competitive salary +more growth chances.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
