AI Power Media Writer

About the role:

Scaling our founder voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, newsletter and YouTube. Most personal brands get dilute it into something safe and forgettable (we want the opposite of that). AI is powerful leverage—but without real taste, it flattens the soul so your main responsibility would be to preserve the soul.

We're looking for the rare person who sees AI as an extension of craft, not a replacement for it.
Someone who's been in the room where a founder-led brand (or major creator) crossed $10M–$12M+ almost entirely through personal brand leverage.
You've seen raw thoughts become threads that shift markets, posts that build devoted followings, videos that turn strangers into believers.
You understand what makes a voice alive—and how easily it dies when handled poorly.

You bring:

• Proven experience shipping content for high-velocity founder or creator brands (ideally on media teams that moved real metrics: revenue, audience growth, virality).
• Mastery of AI tools as creative leverage—prompt engineering feels like second nature, you adapt to new models fast, and you know the current stack deeply (Claude, Grok, Perplexity, agents and Clowbot). If ChatGPT is your only fluent tool, this might not be the fit.
• Elite taste: You can refine raw AI output into writing that feels more human, more authentic, more edged with vulnerability and truth.
• A natural aversion to average. You rewrite until it resonates, challenge weak ideas, and intuitively get platform-native voice.

Your role:

Become the amplifier of our founder's voice at scale.
Make every piece feel unmistakably human—even when 10x'd with AI.
Work closely with our head of brand, social strategist, and media team—a crew with real experience who value being pushed and expect excellence.

This role reports directly to the head of brand and collaborates daily with our social strategist and media team.

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
