About the Role:

Aykays, a full-service digital agency, is seeking a AI-Powered Content Strategist to join our innovative team. At Aykays, we believe in merging creativity with technology to drive next-level digital experiences. In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered content strategies that enhance efficiency, creativity, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven content strategies aligned with business and client goals.
• Utilize AI / Automation tools to streamline content creation, research, and optimization.
• Design and execute prompt engineering techniques to improve AI content quality and relevance.
• Build and manage automation workflows that increase team efficiency and content scalability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to blend AI capabilities with human creativity for storytelling, design, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with technical implementation.
