AI Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered features within our SaaS platform. If you're excited to turn advanced ideas into real impact and collaborate across engineering, customer success, and service teams, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product roadmap for the Human Risk Management platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Leadership, including direct interactions with key stakeholders
• Lead refinement sessions, contribute to sprint planning, and follow up on user testing
• Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a dynamic product backlog
• Translate AI and technical trends into meaningful product decisions
• Own the integration of LLMs, vector databases, agent architectures, and similar technologies into scalable SaaS solutions
• Partner closely with our high-performance engineering team, which leverages tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and best-in-class development practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
• Previous cyber security experience or an advanced knowledge in cyber security domain is required
• Strong technical understanding of modern SaaS architecture and the software development lifecycle
• Exposure to AI technologies and enthusiasm for integrating them into real-world use cases
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value
• Strong organizational skills and a bias for action in high-velocity teams
• Ability to engage with software engineers on architecture topics (e.g. microservices, API ecosystems, data flows)
