About the Role

We are looking for a "System Builder" to bridge the gap between AI models and real-world software. As an AI Product & Tools Developer, you will build Autonomous Agents that don't just talk, but act—executing tasks, connecting to call centers, and automating complex workflows. You will be the primary link between our AI intelligence and our existing MERN-stack infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Frameworks: Build Multi-Agent systems that can use tools to perform business tasks autonomously.
• Voice & Call Center Integration: Connect AI brains to voice APIs (Vapi, Retell, or Twilio) for real-time AI phone agents.
• Workflow Automation: Develop "autonomous workers" to handle data entry, CRM updates, and automated communication.
• System Integration: Create the bridge between AI models and our existing MERN stack and internal dashboards.

Technical Requirements

• Stack: Strong proficiency in Node.js (MERN stack) and Python.
• Integration: Expert-level knowledge of LangChain, n8n, or Make.com.
• APIs: Deep experience in REST APIs, Webhooks, and WebSockets for real-time data flow.
• Deployment: Familiarity with Docker and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
