Job Summary
S.M. Suhail & Co. Chartered Accountants is looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI Prompt, Content & Documentation Specialist with strong expertise in AI tools, professional drafting, and business documentation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to prepare high-quality professional documents using AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar technologies.
The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of drafting, reviewing, improving, and managing proposals, manuals, policies, SOPs, reports, presentations, and other corporate documents while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and refine professional documents, reports, proposals, manuals, policies, SOPs, and business correspondence.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for content generation, research, summarization, editing, workflow optimization, and document enhancement.
- Prepare well-structured and professionally formatted corporate content.
- Assist management in preparing client proposals, presentations, training materials, and official documentation.
- Conduct AI-assisted research while ensuring factual accuracy and professional quality standards.
- Improve readability, formatting, and presentation quality of documents.
- Design effective prompts and structured workflows for AI-assisted tasks.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, productivity tools, and automation trends.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI tools, content drafting, documentation, research, or related domains.
- Experience in consulting, audit, legal, corporate, or professional services environments will be preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong expertise in AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong professional drafting, business writing, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to independently prepare proposals, manuals, reports, SOPs, presentations, and professional documents.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured prompt frameworks, reusable conversational workflows, and AI-assisted productivity methods.
- Understanding of AI model limitations, hallucination mitigation, context handling, retrieval strategies, and information validation techniques.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in policy drafting, Internal documentation, compliance documentation, or corporate communications.
- Understanding of AI workflow optimization and automation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

- Working Days: Monday–Friday (Full Day), Saturday (Half Day)
