About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid creative professional who can blend the power of AI tools with design expertise to produce high-quality lifestyle content for ads, product photography, and social media. This role requires someone who can not only generate AI-driven visuals and videos but also refine them with a designer’s eye in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other editing tools.

Our focus is on AI-first content creation, and we want someone who thrives in experimenting with advanced AI platforms like MidJourney, Google Veo 3, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other cutting-edge tools. If you have both a technical command of AI prompts and a keen sense of design aesthetics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Generation
• Create high-quality lifestyle images and videos using AI tools for ads, product photography, and social media content.
• Experiment with and optimize prompts in MidJourney, Google Veo 3, Gemini, and similar AI platforms to achieve brand-aligned results.
• Generate static visuals, reels, and short-form content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Design & Refinement

• Edit and enhance AI-generated outputs in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to fix imperfections and elevate quality.
• Ensure final content meets brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
• Add creative polish to assets — typography, layouts, and design elements.
• Creative Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver engaging content for campaigns.
• Stay ahead of AI and design trends to continuously push the creative boundaries.
• Bring a design-thinking approach to problem-solving and storytelling through visuals.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AI content generation tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Google Veo 3, Runway, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design/editing tools.
• Solid understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and product photography aesthetics.
• Ability to craft effective prompts and iterate quickly for desired creative outputs.
• Passion for social media content creation, advertising, and e-commerce visuals.
• A creative eye with attention to detail for refining AI outputs into professional-grade assets.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI video tools).
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives (ad formats, hooks, scroll-stopping visuals).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
