Ai Prompt Engineer - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and evaluate prompts for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. This role focuses on improving model performance, ensuring high-quality outputs, and aligning AI behavior with business objectives.

The ideal candidate understands how AI models interpret instructions and can craft structured prompts that generate accurate, relevant, and context-aware responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs and generative AI systems

• Develop structured prompt frameworks for various use cases (content generation, reasoning, summarization, code generation, etc.)

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and alignment

• Refine prompts to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve AI workflows

• Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering

• Analyze model behavior and implement iterative improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems

• Experience working with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to experiment and iterate on prompt structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or scripting languages

• Familiarity with NLP concepts

• Experience in AI evaluation or model alignment

• Understanding of prompt chaining and system prompts

• Knowledge of AI safety and bias mitigation
