AI Python Developer (2–4 Years)
Location: Gurgaon
Mode: WFO – 5 Days
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a mid-level AI Python Developer passionate about Generative AI and capable of building production-grade LLM applications using Python, Azure OpenAI, and modern AI frameworks. You will develop intelligent systems—RAG pipelines, conversational agents, and agentic workflows—to power both customer-facing and internal products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop LLM-based applications using Python & Azure OpenAI Services.
Build RAG pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or FAISS.
Create intelligent agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Apply advanced prompting techniques:Chain-of-Thought (CoT)Tree-of-Thought (ToT)ReAct, Self-Consistency, Toolformer-style promptingImplement reasoning strategies for multi-step tasks & decision-making.
Orchestrate agentic workflows integrating APIs, tools, and business logic.
Deploy scalable services using Azure Functions, Docker, serverless setups.
Monitor & optimize model reliability, performance, and latency.

Must-Have Skills:

2–4 years of strong Python development experience.
Hands-on integration with Azure OpenAI (GPT models).
Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG architecture.
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel.Knowledge of structured prompting & LLM reasoning strategies.
Ability to integrate APIs, cloud tools, and business systems into LLM workflows.
Familiarity with Azure Functions, Docker, cloud-native development.
Strong debugging & optimization skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
