Job Overview:

Brainy n Bright is looking for passionate and energetic STEM Trainers specializing in Robotics, Coding, and Artificial Intelligence to join our growing team. If you love teaching, innovation, and inspiring young minds with future-ready technologies, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Robotics, Coding, and AI sessions for students.
• Deliver hands-on practical learning experiences through projects, workshops, and STEM activities.
• Teach coding platforms and programming languages such as Scratch, Python, and JavaScript.
• Work with robotics platforms including LEGO, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and similar technologies.
• Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence concepts, AI tools, and beginner-level machine learning applications.
• Create and update lesson plans, training materials, and STEM curriculum content.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and management.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching, training, or working in STEM education environments.
• Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, and AI concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach students from different age groups and learning levels.
• Passion for education, technology, and experiential learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LEGO, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
• Knowledge of AI tools and educational technologies.
• Experience conducting workshops, camps, or after-school programs.
