We are seeking an AI Developer with strong expertise in machine learning, NLP (natural language processing), and development. You will lead the design and implementation of an AI-based paper marking and feedback system to enhance student assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop an AI-powered system for automated test marking and suggestion.

· Integrate NLP models to assess written answers and provide suggestions.

· Build both front-end and back-end components of the platform.

· Develop and maintain scalable APIs and data pipelines.

· Ensure high accuracy, fairness, and data privacy compliance.

· Monitor performance and continuously improve the AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development and programming.

· Proficient in Pythonand JavaScript (React/Node.js).

· Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformer-based NLP models.

· Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control (Git).

· Exposure to OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract) is a plus.

· Understanding of ethical AI and agile methodologies.

· Familiarity with educational domain or assessment tools is a bonus.
