Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled AI Solution Associates / Senior Associates with strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLM frameworks, and automation engineering. The role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Build intelligent automation workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral) for enterprise use cases.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take AI solutions from POC to production.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and system reliability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for AI-driven platforms and automation systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
• Expertise in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral)
• Experience in Agentic AI / AI Automation Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience delivering AI solutions in Managed Services or ERP operations
• Exposure to leading cross-functional AI projects from concept to production
• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms, or enterprise AI deployments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
