We are seeking our
first Enterprise Account Executive – AI Solutions
to drive revenue, build the pipeline, and lead customer conversations in this nascent but fast-growing market. This is a founding role with high visibility, tasked with shaping our GTM playbooks and converting early adopters into long-term partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
Pipeline Development

Identify and engage target accounts across Egypt and GCC, focusing on verticals like real estate, HR/Recruitment, BFSI, and public sector.

Partner with Google Cloud AEs and marketing to run co-sell motions, workshops, and events.

Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry networking, and partnerships.
Consultative Sales & Discovery

Lead C-level discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and frame agentic AI use cases with measurable ROI.

Educate clients on the business value of AI solutions in a low-maturity market.

Document business cases and mutual action plans with clear success metrics.
Solution Scoping & Pilots

Shape opportunities into Discovery → Pilot → Production engagements.

Work with Solution Architects to define high-level designs, data requirements, and feasibility.

Leverage ES’s AI capabilities while positioning custom AI solutions as the core offering.
Deal Management & Closing

Draft and negotiate proposals, pricing, and SOWs with clear acceptance criteria.

Manage pilot governance and ensure ≥60% conversion of pilots to production.

Secure customer references and success stories for vertical playbooks.
Forecasting & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene with pipeline stages, forecasts, and account plans.

Provide weekly commit updates and insights to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
-
5+ years of enterprise sales experience (cloud, AI, automation, or digital transformation).

Proven success in consultative selling and solution-based sales in emerging tech.

Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value language for executives.

Experience leading pilots/POCs with measurable KPIs and converting them to production deals.

Preferable Knowledge of Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, ADK) or Agentic workflow platforms (LangChain, n8n) a strong plus.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with data residency, compliance, and regulatory concerns in Egypt and GCC markets.

Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a nascent market, comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and able to build processes from scratch.

Fluency in English

Frequent travel across GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait).
