The Opportunity
We're looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to be the bridge between Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI capabilities and the practical needs of our customers. You'll partner closely with our sales team to shape and win opportunities, and you'll lead educational sessions that help customers understand what AI can realistically do for their business. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role for someone who is equal parts technologist, communicator, and trusted advisor.
What You'll Do:
Support the Sales Team
- Serve as the AI subject-matter expert during the sales cycle, partnering with account executives on discovery, solution scoping, and qualification.
- Translate customer business challenges into clear, achievable AI solution proposals across Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution presentations tailored to each prospect.
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs with accurate scoping and effort estimates.
- Help the sales team stay current on Microsoft's AI roadmap, licensing, and competitive positioning.
Provide Educational Sessions to Customers
- Design and lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions that demystify AI for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Run "art of the possible" sessions that connect AI capabilities to specific customer use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Develop reusable enablement materials such as decks, demo scripts, guides, and recorded sessions that scale our education efforts.
- Coach customer teams on responsible AI adoption, change management, and driving end-user buy-in.
Drive Solution Success
- Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scoped accurately, and successfully implemented.
- Gather feedback from the field to inform our AI service offerings and internal best practices.
- Stay ahead of developments across Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and the broader AI landscape.
What You'll Bring
Required
- 3+ years in a consulting, pre-sales/solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing role, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or technology services environment.
- Working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts and the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technology to mixed audiences.
- Strong discovery and consultative skills. You ask good questions and listen before recommending.
- Comfort working alongside a sales team and contributing to revenue goals.
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (for example, Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Copilot-related credentials).
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Familiarity with serving government or regulated clients (CMMC, GCC/GCC High a plus).
- Hands-on experience building demos or proofs of concept with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI services.

Pay: $91,297.46 - $109,949.63 per year
