AI Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

Palm Hills Developments is embarking on an ambitious programme to embed Generative AI and agentic‑AI capabilities into our company workflows. Reporting to the Director of Project Controls and working in close partnership with Group IT, you will spearhead the end‑to‑end strategy, design and roll‑out of AI solutions that drive measurable value for both operational teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and priorities high‑impact AI use cases for various functions and departments.
• Craft a phased AI adoption road‑map aligned with corporate KPIs and governance.
• Translate business needs into technical designs covering data pipelines, model selection (LLMs, vector databases, fine‑tuning), prompt‑engineering and agent orchestration.
• Define architecture standards in partnership with IT (cloud vs. on‑prem, security).
• Lead proofs‑of‑concept and pilots; turn successful pilots into enterprise‑grade products.
• Coordinate cross‑functional squads (Project Controls, IT, Sales, Legal) and external vendors/consultants.
• Establish data‑privacy, model‑risk and ethical‑AI controls.
• Develop training programmes and user documentation; champion adoption across multiple business units.
• Define success metrics (accuracy, cycle‑time, cost savings, user satisfaction); continuously optimize models and workflows.

Required Qualifications

Education: BSc degree (or higher) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years in data/AI roles and delivering Large‑Language‑Model or agentic‑AI projects from concept to deployment.

Technical Toolkit:

Proficiency with Python (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.), SQL, and RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with ML Python Libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud ML stacks (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex) and vector databases.

Applied machine learning techniques on multiple projects

Soft Skills : Stakeholder engagement up to C‑suite, vendor management, presentation & training capability; fluent English and Arabic.

Desirable Skills:

•Experience in integrating AI solutions with Power platform, MS Dynamics, Sales Force CRM.

•AI‑related credentials
