If you’re an AI specialist who wants to work with Microsoft Foundry , MCP , and cloud‑native agentic systems - and you’re motivated by delivering products that customers actually use - this role gives you the chance to shape a major industry shift.

This is a role for someone who wants to build AI‑powered solutions , not write traditional software. You’ll use agentic frameworks, automation and orchestration tools to deliver features faster, smarter and with meaningful business impact.

About the Role

You’ll join a team creating a cloud‑native agentic API and a suite of AI agents that modernise legacy systems and unlock new capabilities for wealth managers. Your work will directly influence how advisers deliver insights, manage workloads and serve clients.

Instead of heavy coding, you’ll focus on:

• Designing intelligent agent workflows
• Configuring AI behaviours and toolchains
• Connecting agents to enterprise data through MCP
• Building automation that reduces operational friction
• Delivering new features in hours, not weeks

Your work will be visible, measurable and tied directly to commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Deliver

AI‑Driven Customer Value

• Build agents that streamline reporting, compliance, onboarding and operational tasks
• Create chat‑based and workflow agents that improve adviser productivity
• Modernise vendor APIs with agentic layers that unlock new customer experiences

Commercial Impact

• Reduce manual processes through automation and remediation agents
• Enable wealth managers to use language‑model tools safely and effectively
• Support product teams in shaping AI‑powered features that differentiate the business

High‑Velocity Delivery

• Use automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ship features within an hour
• Rapidly prototype agent behaviours and workflows
• Continuously refine solutions based on user feedback and business priorities

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, operations and compliance teams
• Translate business problems into agentic workflows and AI‑driven solutions
• Influence strategic decisions around AI adoption and platform evolution

What You Bring

AI Specialist Mindset

• Experience building or orchestrating AI agents, LLM workflows or tool‑calling systems
• Understanding of MCP, agentic frameworks or similar architectures
• Ability to design prompts, behaviours and workflows that deliver business outcomes

Technical Awareness (Minimal Coding Required)

• Familiarity with Azure and cloud‑native patterns
• Understanding of APIs, tokens and enterprise data flows
• Comfort with low‑code/no‑code agent frameworks and automation tools

Commercial & Professional Skills

• Ability to connect AI capabilities to real customer needs
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Curiosity, creativity and a drive to experiment with new AI technologies
• Comfort working in fast‑moving environments with rapid iteration cycles
