Job Description:

The AI Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), to support business operations, financial analysis, and educational tools. The role focuses on leveraging AI to generate insights, automate workflows, and enhance client and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Implement, manage, and optimize AI models and tools, including LLMs, for projects and client solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.
  • Analyze data sets (financial, educational, or operational) to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows, predictive models, and automation solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices.
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and training on AI solutions to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of AI models, experiments, and project outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with AI software, machine learning models, and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in financial or educational environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in virtual and cloud-based environments.
