Job Title: AI Specialist – Healthcare

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist to design, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions tailored to a surgical care environment. The ideal candidate will bridge healthcare operations and advanced technologies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and real-world impact.

He will implement AI tools into the company’s business processes in order to automate operations, improve efficiency, enhance customer service, strengthen marketing and analytics, and optimize internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI models for clinical and operational use (e.g., scheduling optimization, patient triage, predictive analytics)
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and IT teams to identify AI opportunities
• Integrate AI solutions with existing healthcare systems (EMR/EHR)
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
• Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance
• Provide training and support to staff on AI tools
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends in healthcare

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Experience in healthcare or clinical environments preferred
• Strong programming skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA or equivalent)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical imaging, NLP in healthcare, or predictive analytics
• Familiarity with surgical workflows or outpatient care systems
• Understanding of data security and ethical AI practices
• Russian Speaking candidate is added advantage.
