AI Specialist

Role Overview

You will take ownership of our digital presence, marketing strategy, and AI initiatives. This is not just a technical role — we need someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and lead projects independently.

AI & Automation

• Design and implement AI solutions for business operations (chatbots, automation tools, internal systems)
• Build or integrate tools using platforms like OpenAI, Claude AI, or similar
• Develop internal workflows to improve efficiency (customer service, order processing, marketing automation)

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Develop creative campaigns to increase traffic and conversions
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on data

Web Development & E-commerce

• Build and manage websites (preferably using Shopify or similar platforms)
• Improve user experience and conversion rates
• Launch and manage online products (print-on-demand, custom products, etc.)

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead digital initiatives from idea to execution
• Propose new business ideas and growth opportunities
• Work directly with the owner to shape the company’s digital future

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI tools and automation
• Experience in digital marketing (ads, SEO, social media)
• Basic to advanced web development skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Ability to think creatively and execute independently
• Strong problem-solving and leadership mindset

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
