Performance Objectives

This role works directly with the founder to build the AI-driven infrastructure that powers our growing operation. Your deliverables:

- Build Claude Code automations, agents, and pipelines that eliminate repetitive operational tasks

- Design and deploy Cowork workflows, custom skills, and plugins specific to Redfish's business

- Document internal processes as clean, AI-enhanced SOPs the full team can independently use

- Develop a reusable prompt library and AI asset base that becomes proprietary Redfish IP

Core Competencies

- Hands-on, proven experience with Claude AI -- specifically Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork (not just general AI/LLM background)

- Ability to take messy, real-world business operations and translate them into clean automated workflows

- Self-starter who works independently and delivers without hand-holding

- Strong written communication -- you document what you build so others can use it

- Bonus: experience in live events, experiential marketing, or fast-moving small business environments

This is NOT the right fit if you have never used Claude Code or Cowork in a real project, need heavy oversight to deliver, or are looking for a slow bureaucratic engagement.
