About the RoleWe are hiring a full time AI Specialist to support our marketing company by developing and implementing AI driven solutions that enhance admin workflow, improve finance management, and automate marketing workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands both artificial intelligence and real world marketing needs.

You will work closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to apply AI across multiple marketing channels and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI driven solutions to streamline administrative workflows and internal operations
• Design AI systems that support financial management, reporting, forecasting, and process automation
• Automate marketing workflows including content production, campaign management, reporting, and optimization
• Integrate AI tools with internal systems such as CRM, finance software, project management, and marketing platforms
• Identify operational bottlenecks across admin, finance, and marketing teams and apply AI solutions to improve efficiency
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies and data

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience applying AI or machine learning in marketing, advertising, or business environments
• Familiarity with AI platforms, large language models, and automation tools
• Ability to translate business goals into AI driven solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills
