Want real hands-on experience in AI, automation, chatbots, voice bots, and digital business systems?
RamGrows AI Studio is building a new AI lab in Brooklyn, and we’re looking for motivated interns who want to help create real solutions for real businesses. This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to explore the future of AI-driven communication tools and automation.

Our first projects are being built for our own companies, and then expanded to outside clients in industries like tax preparation, company registration, business services, consulting, and customer support.

We are looking for smart, motivated, creative interns who want real experience in applied AI, not just theory.

This is a great opportunity for students or early-career candidates who want to learn how AI is actually used inside a growing business.

Interns may work across one or more areas, including:

• AI voice bot setup
• chatbot training
• automation workflows
• content creation
• research
• operations support
• QA testing
• prompt writing
• social media support
• client onboarding support

This is an in-person opportunity in Brooklyn, with possible hybrid flexibility depending on the role and schedule.

Internship Tracks / Roles:

We are hiring interns across several tracks:

1. AI Automation Intern

Help build and test automations using platforms like GoHighLevel, Make, chatbot tools, and voice-agent systems.

2. AI Chatbot & Voice Bot Intern

Help create, improve, and test multilingual bots for phone, website, social media, and business workflows.

3. AI Content & Prompt Writing Intern

Help write prompts, scripts, FAQs, training flows, conversation logic, and AI content for bots and business use cases.

4. Social Media & AI Marketing Intern

Help create content, test AI-powered marketing ideas, and support social media growth for our studio and client projects.

5. AI Operations & Research Intern

Help organize internal systems, research tools, compare platforms, document workflows, and support day-to-day execution.

6. Multilingual Business Support Intern

Support projects involving English, Georgian, and Russian-speaking markets through translation, QA, and customer communication support.

Responsibilities:

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

• assisting with AI bot setup and testing
• writing and improving prompts
• helping organize chatbot knowledge bases
• reviewing bot conversations and improving responses
• researching AI tools and platforms
• helping build appointment-setting and lead follow-up systems
• supporting CRM updates and workflow automation
• creating simple social media or website content
• testing multilingual flows in English, Georgian, and Russian
• helping document internal processes and SOPs
• assisting with client onboarding or project preparation

Qualifications:

We are open to candidates from different backgrounds, but strong applicants usually have some of the following:

• strong interest in AI, business, technology, or automation
• good communication and writing skills
• strong attention to detail
• ability to learn quickly
• organized and responsible work habits
• comfort using computers and online tools
• willingness to solve problems and test systems
• ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred but not required:

• experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• interest in startups, automation, or digital business
• familiarity with social media platforms
• experience with Notion, Airtable, GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, Canva, or similar tools
• Georgian, Russian, Spanish, Uzbek or other language skills
• student in computer science, communications, design, business, marketing, or related field

What You’ll Gain:

Flexible based on availability.

• 15-20 hours per week
• 20-30 hours per week
• full-time summer internship
• part-time academic semester internship

Weekend or evening flexibility may be useful for some roles.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
