AI System Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Mobile Product Ownership·

Own delivery of AI-powered mobile applications, including:

o Customer-facing and partner-facing mobile appso AI-assisted onboarding, support, and self-service journeys

o AI-driven notifications, recommendations, and workflows· Define and prioritize AI-enabled mobile use cases aligned to business outcomes such as:

o Reduced manual interactiono Faster turnaround times

o Improved customer experience and engagemento Create an AI enabled ecosystem· Translate AI and mobile requirements into:

o Product backlogs and delivery roadmapsUser stories, mobile-specific acceptance criteria, and AI scenarioso Clear success metrics (adoption, engagement, automation rate)Mobile App Delivery & Execution·

Lead end-to-end mobile app delivery, including:

o Requirements definition and backlog managemento Sprint planning and release coordinationo App Store / Play Store readiness and release support·

Work closely with:o Mobile developers (native or cross-platform)

o AI System Architect and data teamso UX/UI designers and QA teams·

Ensure mobile apps integrate seamlessly with:

o AI services and agentso CRM and backend systemso APIs and third-party platforms

AI Delivery & Governance·

Own delivery of AI initiatives across mobile and web platforms, including:o Conversational AI and intelligent assistantso

Workflow automation and AI-driven decision supporto AI-assisted community moderation and marketplace intelligence·

Ensure AI solutions meet standards for:o Accuracy, reliability, and performanceo Privacy, security, and complianceo

Explainability and fallback handling where required·

Partner with QA teams to define AI and mobile-specific testing strategies, including edge cases and regression impactStakeholder & Execution Leadership·

Act as the primary bridge between:o Business teamso Mobile, AI, and platform engineering teamso External vendors and implementation partners·

Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across AI, mobile, and platform initiatives·

Provide clear delivery status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
