Role Type: Building autonomous intelligent systems (Not IT)

We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, not as a technical support employee . A professional capable of transforming daily operations into AI Agents that operate 24/7 and significantly reduce time and cost.

• Design and build independent AI Agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems through APIs .
• Automate real business processes such as project tracking, CV screening, contract analysis, procurement, and bid comparison.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, Zapier, Make, RAG / ReAct .
• Write professional Prompt Engineering and convert ideas into operational systems.
• Train teams to efficiently use AI-powered systems.

• Proven hands-on experience in building AI Agents (real projects, not educational content only).
• Strong understanding of Workflows and JSON .
• Proficiency or solid experience in Python (a strong advantage).
• Good command of the English language .
• A problem-solving and system-building mindset, not task execution only.
• Willingness to work in Taif and ability to transfer sponsorship after 3 months.

• Work samples, GitHub , or links to previous projects.
• Experience with RAG / GraphRAG or complex process automation.
• Business-oriented thinking focused on efficiency and optimization, not coding alone.

• Network specialists, cybersecurity, IT support, or Microsoft systems administrators.
