AI Team Lead at Elite IT Team

Elite IT Team is seeking a skilled and client-oriented AI Team Lead to oversee AI-driven projects from client onboarding to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with a solid understanding of AI systems, automation workflows, and technical project management.

Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings at the company’s expense.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and automation projects from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct onboarding and consultation calls with clients.
• Provide technical guidance on AI feasibility and solution design.
• Assign resources, define milestones, and manage project execution.
• Prepare documentation such as feasibility reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate between clients and technical teams for smooth delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI project management or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
