AI - Team Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI systems and solutions using various frameworks and tools.
• Lead a team of AI developers and engineers in the creation and implementation of generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for AI models.
• Train, test, and evaluate AI models using appropriate metrics and methods.
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments to ensure their reliability and performance.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI, particularly in the field of generative AI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding AI ethics and data privacy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Communicate project progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Gradation or Post Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-related domains and practices.
• Hands on experience with Open AI, Llama and other LLM models.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI capabilities, such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Open AI, and MS Copilots.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and managing a team of AI professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Developing enterprise applications as a developer or team lead.
• Experience of working with international customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
