Experience Required: 6+ years total IT experience, including 2–3 years in AI/ML solution design and implementation Role Overview The AI Solutions Architect acts as the bridge between business and development teams, translating business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. The role involves system design, prototyping, and technical leadership, ensuring AI solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong software architecture expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and cloud-based deployment architectures. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Framework Design Design end-to-end AI architectures spanning data ingestion, model development, and deployment. Select suitable AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and tools based on scalability and performance. Establish design standards and document architecture blueprints and data flows. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs. Guide developers and collaborate with data scientists throughout the project lifecycle. Support DevOps in implementing MLOps pipelines, versioning, and automation. Advise on build vs. buy decisions for AI components. Hands-On Development & Prototyping Build proof-of-concept models to validate design decisions. Guide and participate in the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring scalability and interpretability. Provide technical expertise in programming, debugging, and optimizing AI systems. Work closely with developers to integrate trained models into production environments with efficient APIs or pipelines. Governance, Security & Optimization Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for architectural improvement. Contribute to risk assessments and technical mitigation plans. Required Skills & Qualifications Programming: Python (PyTorch / TensorFlow), C++ (OpenCV / Caffe), R (Keras / TensorFlow). Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and modular AI design. Cloud Platforms: Google Vertex AI (preferred), AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML. MLOps: Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Vertex Pipelines. Data Systems: Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data lakes, and ETL orchestration. Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹915,073.09 - ₹2,197,227.95 per year
