Role Overview
We are looking for an instructor who can teach AI tools and prompt engineering to Tech101 students in Pakistan on a one-on-one basis, fully online. This is a part-time role with a per-student compensation model. You will be responsible for delivering structured course content to individual students, adapting your pace to each learner, and ensuring they leave every session with skills they can immediately apply.

This is not a lecture role. Students pay to learn things that work. Your sessions need to reflect that.

What You Will Be Teaching
Practical use of AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Perplexity, Notion AI, and others relevant to the curriculum.

Prompt engineering fundamentals: structure, context, tone, role assignment, chaining, and iteration.

Prompt patterns for specific use cases: content creation, coding assistance, research, data summarization, and business productivity.

How to evaluate AI output quality and refine prompts systematically.

Responsible AI use: understanding limitations, hallucinations, bias, and appropriate verification practices.

Workflow integration: how to embed AI tools into day-to-day professional tasks.

Responsibilities
Deliver scheduled one-on-one sessions with individual Tech101 students via video call.

Adapt teaching pace and style to each student's level and learning speed
Follow and teach from the provided Tech101 curriculum; flag gaps or areas needing updates.

Prepare session materials, examples, and practical exercises where not already provided

Track student attendance and engagement per session
Provide basic support and Q&A within session time.

Share session feedback and student progress notes with the Tech101 coordinator after each class
Stay current with changes in AI tools and flag any curriculum updates needed.

Requirements
Must have:
Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) — not theoretical, practical.

Ability to explain prompt engineering concepts clearly to beginners with no prior AI background.

Experience teaching, training, or tutoring in any technical subject (formal or informal).

Strong spoken and written English.

Reliable internet connection, a functional laptop/PC, and a quiet space for video sessions.

Based anywhere in Pakistan.

Good to have:
Background in IT, computer science, digital marketing, or a related field.

Experience creating course content or lesson plans.

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva AI, Gamma, or similar productivity-adjacent AI tools.

Prior work or freelancing experience where AI tools were used professionally.

Compensation
Per student enrolled in your sessions. Rate will be communicated during the interview. Payment is processed monthly, at the end of each completed month.

Schedule
Part-time. Sessions are one-on-one and scheduled in advance. Exact timings are confirmed per student. Flexibility is available but punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.
