AI Trainee Engineer

The AI Trainee Program is designed to groom fresh graduates into specialized roles across AI/ML, MLOps, and Product Business Analysis. Trainees will undergo structured training, work on real-world projects, and later specialize based on their interests and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn and apply data science, machine learning, and product analysis fundamentals.
• Work on data collection, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Assist in building, training, and deploying ML models.
• Gain exposure to MLOps tools, CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product requirement gathering and documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product development discussions.
• Document findings, workflows, and create clear product or model documentation.

What We’d Love To See

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and basic statistics.
• Familiarity with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle or Agile methodology.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

It’d Be Great If You Had

• Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, MLflow, or cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Interest in product management or business analysis (BRDs, FRDs, wireframing).
