Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Location: Dha Phase 6 Lahore

Overview

The AI Transformation Intern will assist in researching, testing, and implementing AI tools and automation solutions across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about AI, automation workflows, prompt engineering, and digital transformation while gaining hands-on experience in real business projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Exploration

Explore and test new AI tools, plugins, and automation platforms.

Conduct basic market research on AI trends, competitors, and best practices.

Document findings and share recommendations with the AI Transformation Lead.

2. Workflow Automation Support

Assist in creating and testing automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com).

Support the team in connecting APIs, setting triggers, and validating outputs.

Help identify tasks within departments that can be automated.

3. Prompt Engineering & Model Testing

Write and refine prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

Test AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Prepare templates for internal teams to use.

4. Data & Process Analysis

Review existing processes to find inefficiencies or repetitive tasks.

Assist in gathering and organising data for AI/automation projects.

Track metrics to measure the impact of AI solutions.

5. Training & Documentation

Create simple guides and training materials for employees.

Support internal workshops on how to use AI tools.

Maintain documentation for AI processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently studying/Completed Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or any related field.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, or automation tools (training will be provided).
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
