AI Transformation Specialist

About the Role:
We’re looking for an AI Transformation Specialist to lead the practical transformation of our internal operations using AI.

This role is focused on action and execution. You will identify manual processes, repetitive work, inefficiencies, and human bottlenecks, and replace them with AI-driven systems, automation, and intelligent workflows.

The objective is simple: reduce headcount dependency, increase output, improve decision-making, and build scalable AI-powered internal systems.

You will work directly with leadership and department heads to redesign workflows, implement AI tools, automate communication, and build intelligent systems that replace manual effort.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Implementation Across Operations

• Identify tasks currently handled manually that can be automated or AI-powered
• Design and implement AI workflows to replace repetitive operational work
• Build systems that reduce dependency on human execution
• Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, cost, and scalability

Automation & Systems Building

• Develop AI-powered automations across operations, support, marketing, and internal communication
• Implement tools such as LLM APIs, automation platforms, and workflow engines
• Connect tools and systems to create seamless AI-driven operations
• Build scalable internal systems rather than temporary solutions

AI in Internal & External Communications

• Implement AI to handle internal coordination, summaries, reporting, and structured outputs
• Build AI-assisted communication flows (customer support, internal reporting, data interpretation)
• Improve response speed and quality through AI-powered assistance

Data & Decision Intelligence

• Use AI to analyze internal data and generate insights
• Automate reporting and performance monitoring
• Implement AI tools that improve decision-making speed and accuracy

Experimentation & Scaling

• Test emerging AI tools and assess real business impact
• Run pilots focused on measurable efficiency gains
• Scale successful implementations company-wide

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience implementing AI in real business workflows
• Strong automation mindset. Always thinking “how can this be systemized?”
• Experience with tools such as Open AI APIs, automation platforms (Zapier, Make), workflow tools, or similar
• Ability to connect systems and build end-to-end automation flows
• Strong analytical thinking and operational understanding
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and driving change
• Ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Based in Dubai and available for on-site work

Nice to Have

• Experience replacing manual roles with automated systems
• Basic scripting or API integration knowledge
• Experience in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Experience building AI-powered dashboards or reporting systems
